Retainer Services-Year 1 1 Annual ; 2 Clinician Services-Year 1 100 HR ; 3 Critical Incident Debriefing (In-Person) 10 HR ; 4 Travel for Critical Incident Debriefing (InPerson)-Airfare 1 TRIP ; 5 Travel for Critical Incident Debriefing (InPerson)-Lodging 1 TRIP ; 6 Travel for Critical Incident Debriefing (InPerson)-Per Diem 1 TRIP ; 7 Travel for Critical Incident Debriefing (InPerson)-Transportation 1 TRIP; The successful applicant or firm shall be able to provide the first responder with culturally competent counseling to sworn and non-sworn employees of the APD. Provide retainer services for sworn and nonsworn employees to include the following details: the clinician will keep spots open at all times to ensure APD sworn officers can access services within three (3) calendar days, each sworn officer will have access to three (3) counseling sessions on a first come first service bases up to approved contact hours for each year of the two-year award. The clinician will keep spots open at all times to ensure APD non-sworn employees can access services within seven (7) calendar days; each non-sworn employee will have access to two (2) counseling sessions on a first-come, first-served basis up to approved contact hours for each year of the two-year award.
