Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Removal of existing mechanical equipment in vault. Clean vault • Removal of existing rubberized liner and caulk • Sandblast, acid wash and TSP surface (floors and walls) to be coated • Repair of (3) areas of deteriorated concrete with high strength polymer modified concrete. Small localized areas on washed rock concrete risers • Installation of caulking between floor and wall joint, and joints in exposed concrete risers at tower/overflow • Installation of 60 mil vinyl membrane around perimeter of floor and walls to create an additional waterproofing barrier between concrete floor and wall. Edges of vinyl to held in place by polyurethane and 1.5” plastic edge strip with stainless steel hardware.
