Specifications include, but are not limited to: Developing planimetric mapping, topographic mapping, and digital orthophotography that meets 1"=100’ scale ASPRS mapping standards, for the entire project area. The anticipated scope items for this project include: • Project area would be the entire Town of Goffstown and at least 500 feet beyond town borders. • Ground Control for Aerial Triangulation (Recapture any existing ground control). • Airborne GPS data methodologies. • Meet Federal Geodetic Control Committee minimum accuracy’s at least attendant to the federal classification of third-order, class I, or second-order, class II or comparable ASPRS. • Provide Town any ground control or monument data as a layer. • Provide suitable 4 band digital orthophotography at 100 scale, or better. • DTM/ DEM generation and delivery. • LIDAR 0.7M posting, first return in tiled LAS format. • LIDAR 0.7M posting, bare earth return; vertical accuracy to support 2’ contours in tiled LAS format. o The Town of Goffstown is interested in exploring the replacement of traditional topographic contour mapping extraction with LIDAR rendered topographic contours. • Contractors should provide a horizontal and vertical control layout to support orthophoto production, planimetric mapping, and DTM development suitable for contour mapping at 2- foot intervals for entire town. • Horizontal /vertical controls and contracted products will be referenced to NHSPC/NAD83 and NAVD88. • Correctly register and rectify orthophotography to digital parcels and landbase. • Town is interested in obtaining costs associated with capture and extraction of Hydrographic Breaklines, Hydrographic Features, and drainage networks.
