All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and any other items necessary to respond to sewerage spills involving a Field Response Team (FRT) on existing and future residential homesteads on the Island of Oahu. Responses must occur 24 hours a day to diagnose, contain, and clean up the issue in accordance with State Department of Health Protocol Standards. The FRT shall perform spill containment and cleanup of the areas affected by any spill to State Department of Health (SDOH) Protocol Standards and spill response requirements. The FRT must diagnose and contain the problem within 24 hours of notification. The CONTRACTOR must also: Maintain familiarity with SDOH spill response requirements. Provide a spill response plan Maintain experience in spill containment work. Maintain confined space certification and equipment. Provide adequate sewer cleaning equipment in inventory, such as a Vactor truck Provide other sewer cleaning equipment such as root cutters. Provide sewer inspection equipment Maintain Pipeline Assessment Certification Program certification (preferred) Provide miscellaneous other equipment as necessary to clean, clear and inspect pipelines. Be available for 24-hour on call service.
