Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Form creation and management for departmental and organizational use. • Document upload for organization management purposes. • Interdepartmental reviewing and management capabilities of a single form/process (our event permit process heavily relies on our current engagement platform). • Ability to see inventory of organizations without a login (important for accepted students and preorientation). However, also the ability to hide private information from non-UNH users such as rosters. • Intra-organizational communication (leaders within a group being able to communicate with folks on their roster). • Program/event management- comprehensive and user-friendly program calendar. • Management of student clubs/organizations- individual pages, officers, rosters, forms/policies, training materials.
