Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1.1 Must come with an appropriately sized quick disconnect mounting bracket to attach it to a John Deere 130 P Excavator. 3.1.1.2 Mulcher head weight must not exceed 1,300 pounds. 3.1.1.3 Must have a hydraulic piton motor with variable displacement and variable torque that is contained within a steel frame. 3.1.1.4 Must have a bite limiting rotor which reduces the depth of mulching which reduces engine slow down. 3.1.1.5 Must be able to operate with hydraulic flow of no less than 26 and no more than 37 gallons per minute to accommodate the pumps on the hoe. 3.1.1.6 Operating head must be a minimum of 36” and a maximum of 39” 3.1.1.7 Maximum mulching material diameter capability must not exceed 6”. 3.1.1.8 Must have replaceable teeth. 3.1.1.9 Must have hydraulically operated front and rear doors, shields or hoods to reduce debris flying out of mulcher chamber. 3.1.1.10 Must come with a mounted fully operable hydraulic thumb to assist with moving branches for mulching. 3.1.1.11 Oil reservoir must have a case drain hole for easy servicing. 3.1.1.12 Must be brand new, with a minimum 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, at least first 6-months parts and labor coverage with total parts replacement afterward, no pro-rated.
