Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Correction is requesting quotes for IDOC Lansweeper software; This proposal is intended to establish a procurement path for renewal of an existing software or its equivalent. If Lansweeper is not selected, then implementation and migration services must be included as services in this contract. The price sheet will break out the cost of implementation and migration respectively. . Discovery – The solution must be able to discover every device in the environment . Agent – For use cases that require reporting of devices outside the network, we must have an option for client reporting . . Must have the ability to import or reconcile data from diverse systems. . Must have the ability to track warranty status of devices . Must have the ability to search and navigate data retrieved and aggregated . Must allow grouping of devices based on location, owner, etc. . Must be able to customize groups, types, status or other attributes . Must have some level of automation rules or workflows to make management easier. . Must be able to add Commentary or notes and be able to be saved for each device . Must provide dashboard or other reporting mechanisms . Must allow for data export to common file types like csv and allow for bulk export. . Must be able to allow users to build reports based on device attributes
