Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University System of New Hampshire (USNH), representing the University of New Hampshire (UNH), is seeking professional master planning services to provide a fully updated Campus Master Plan. The purpose is to provide a framework to accommodate anticipated facility needs, including building space, landscape, support properties and services as well as investments in existing and renewable infrastructure to support the strategic academic mission and sustainability goals. The framework the campus master plan provides shall support on-going decision making about the physical environment. The framework shall be specific to the mission, context, and strategic direction of the institution, while providing basic common information across the three institutions in the USNH to support decision making at the system level. There are three primary institutions in the USNH system; The University of New Hampshire, Plymouth State College, and Keene State College. This solicitation is for The University of New Hampshire with its primary campus in Durham, and satellite campuses in Manchester, and Concord.
