Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor(s) shall provide CCIMS services for the purposes of helping child care providers and networks manage day-to-day administrative functions to successfully operate and direct child care programs. CCIMS solutions shall include core functions including but not limited to enrollment support, attendance tracking, billing and invoicing, communications, and reporting. The Contractor(s) shall provide a solution for child care providers and networks that produces the following outcomes: Reduction of administrative paperwork due to automation and adoption of technology Increased communication with families due to messaging, parent portals, and notifications Streamlined document and information management of records such as attendance, menus, and incident reports
