Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide high quality 3” GSD/Resolution – Color Georeferenced Ortho and Oblique Imagery of approximately 412 square miles. Ortho and Oblique must be captured simultaneously. Oblique imagery must be captured and displayed in 4 cardinal directions (N,S,E,W) Each pixel of an image must be geo-referenced. Provide imagery from which measurements can be directly taken on a computer screen. Imagery must be compatible with GIS software (Currently using ArcGIS desktop version 10.8.1). The digital imagery must be delivered with software tools that allow for cataloguing, extracting, viewing, measuring and analyzing said imagery. Historical Images, Ortho and Oblique, shall be integrated with Tyler/Eagle, GIS and viewable software provided by vendor. The imagery must be geo-referenced in such a way that allows for the overlay of GIS data. Orthophotography Imagery must provide a true top-down view that is rectified to align to a map grid and must be easily integrated into a GIS database and use.
