Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain sealed proposals to manage and operate the Polly Drummond Yard Waste Site on behalf of the Agency which includes, but is not limited to, organizing, grinding, and removing yard waste and mulch materials. In addition, non-yard waste materials must be managed in proper form and disposed of appropriately. The vendor will be on-site as requested and needed to push up material so that residents have access to deposit yard waste materials during the hours of operation of the site. Additionally, during off-hours the vendor will grind up yard waste, load vehicles with the mulch created and remove it from the site. Finally, the Vendor will load roll-off containers of grass and leaves for proper disposal at a Delaware Solid Waste facility as well as suggesting and arranging maintenance for the site so that residents and the vendor can access it as needed.
