Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking bids for purified drinking bottled water delivery and services for various City facilities. Services shall include the rental of water dispensers. A. Bottled Water provided under this Contract shall be in compliance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal Laws, Food and Drug Administration Regulations, and any other applicable rules. B. Awarded Bidder shall wear a uniform with the company logo clearly visible. A. Provide bottled water, water dispensers, and compostable or recyclable cups. B. 5-Gallon BPA-free, Spill-Free, Sanitized, Refillable Bottles. C. Furnish any and all equipment, labor, transportation, and materials required for the proper execution of this Contract. D. Include in the unit price all costs associated with the water dispensing equipment, including installation of equipment, removal of equipment, inspection, maintenance, and the monthly rental fee. E. Provide any and all maintenance on all rented water dispensers as needed or upon request by the Department’s City Representative or designee at no additional cost to the City.
