Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Farmington (City) is requesting quotes to establish a multi-term contract for the purchase and delivery of propane and propane tank rentals. Rental of 500 Gallon Tank Per YEAR, Rental of 1,000 Gallon Tank Per YEAR, a. The awarded Vendor shall make the necessary arrangements for the delivery of propane tanks rentals at the designated locations with the using departments. b. The Bidder shall deliver the propane at the designated locations in full or partial load transport. Transport shipments shall be delivered within 24 hours after a receipt of an order from an authorized City personnel. c. The awarded Vendor would need to arrange a time for access into secured locations with the using departments. A list of contact information will be provided to the awarded Vendor. d. Propane shall be delivered Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. e. Vendor shall deliver all propane in clean, maintained transport vehicle equipped and capable of dispensing propane into the propane tanks. f. Delivery tickets shall list the purchase order number, unit cost, total cost, and quantity delivered. The delivery ticket must also be signed by an authorized City employee when the propane is delivered and unloaded.
