Specifications include, but are not limited to: This section is to bid on the circuit delivery to each CIHA location. Connectivity speeds, performance, Bandwidth Caps, and reliability are top priorities for CIHA. Proposals will be evaluated with regard to the service speed / cost ratio and installment fee. Sites For purposed Speeds and Costs please see Section 004113 pages 3-5 for optimum speeds for each site. If respondent cannot provide speeds listed, please provide proposed speeds and cost. On Premise devices CIHA will have Security devices to connect each site though network VPN tunnels. Vendor will install CPE equipment, include price with an Ethernet handoff. Notifications/ Monitoring Circuits should be monitored twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, and 365 days a year. When a site goes down CIHA IT should be alerted by phone call and email within 2 hours during business hours and 4 hours outside of business hours. Internet & WAN CIHA will need 10 public IPv4 address at the main data center and each branch site circuit will need its own public IPv4 address. Respondents should propose costs to add public IPv4 addresses, specifying which addressing scheme can be provided.
