Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia State Treasurer’s Office (“STO”) is soliciting bids on behalf of its Unclaimed Property Division to establish a contract for Professional Electronic Auction Services for the sale of tangible unclaimed property reported to the STO by financial institutions; from safe deposit boxes; other safekeeping repositories; or law enforcement agencies. 4.1.1 Vendor must furnish all material, labor, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the services required herein, unless otherwise specified herein or agreed to in writing by the parties. 4.1.2 Vendor shall make available upon request 24/7 online, internet-only auctions, providing a dedicated, non-changing link that will go specifically to the current STO Auction. The STO auction page must include a header and/or other nonchanging elements specific branding with the STO name, STO seal, STO Unclaimed Property Division logo, and/or other agreed upon graphical elements.
