Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The work involves removing all designated roofing materials, flashings, insulation, deteriorated wood blocking, obsolete units and other related items. 2. The structural tongue and groove wood roof deck will be inspected and repaired, on a unit price basis (Base bid quantity with additional ADD/DEDUCT pricing). 3. The perimeter wood blocking will be inspected and, if necessary, replaced on a Unit Price basis (Base Bid quantity with additional ADD/DEDUCT pricing). 4. The perimeter wood fascia board will be inspected and, if necessary, replaced on a Unit Price basis (Base Bid quantity with additional ADD/DEDUCT pricing). 5. The existing polyisocyanurate insulation boards shall be inspected and, if necessary, replaced on a unit price basis (Base Bid quantity with additional ADD/DEDUCT pricing).
