8/11/2021 Replace Condenser Model #DCSF/DCDF415 with Condenser Model #DCDF415Y.
Provide and install new Leibert Fin/Tube Condenser Model #DCSF/DCDF415 in place of the current broken one (Must be this brand and model to match the existing system). To include:
- Recover any refrigerant that is still within the condenser or lines
- Disconnect all electrical and refrigerant lines
- Remove old condenser form current location
- Place new condenser in location of old condenser
- Reconnect all refrigerant lines
- Change all filter driers
- Evacuate the system down to the manufacture specifications
- Reconnect all electric and system controls
- Recharge the system to the manufacture specifications
- Test all systems for full functionality accordance to the manufacture specifications
*Note* a crane may be necessary to lift the broken condenser out and place the new condenser into place.
All questions need to be submitted by 24 August 2021 @ 1:00 PM CST
Delivery and set up is to be completed 30 days ADC.
