Scope of Work: OUACHITA JOB CORPS CENTER SELECTIVE DEMOLITION. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to demolish and/or salvage 30 buildings/structures at the site and remove all materials associated with the buildings/structures. The work will include the following: The removal of all buildings, materials, and foundations in the attached documents and marked on the map. Grade and dress areas disturbed by work or removal of buildings and concrete sidewalks requiring soil stabilization.
