Specifications include, but are not limited to: To provide labor, materials, equipment and incidentals for the City of Augusta July 4 fireworks Demonstration to be held on the evening of Tuesday, July 4, 2023. To provide labor, materials, equipment and incidentals for the City of Augusta Holiday Tree Lighting Demonstration to be held on the evening of Saturday, November 25, 2023. • July 4 Fireworks Demonstration 2023 are to be shot off at a time of the evening (9:00 pm9:30 pm) determined by the Director of Parks & Recreation. In the event that weather conditions are such that a fireworks display cannot be held the fireworks display will be postponed and reschedule for later date in the year. • City of Augusta Holiday Fireworks Demonstration on Saturday November 25, 2023 are to be shot off at a time of the evening (5:00 pm-5:30 pm) determined by the Director of Parks & Recreation. In the event that weather conditions are such that a fireworks display cannot be held the fireworks display will be canceled. The vendor / contractor shall be held responsible for clean-up and removal of debris. The Bureau of Parks will provide the vendor a container where debris maybe placed.
