Specifications include, but are not limited to: New Castle County is seeking sealed bids for Police Uniforms. Vendor shall quote delivered prices for fade resistance Police Uniforms. Uniforms are custom and stock; custom orders are to be hemmed and tailored to meet each individual’s unique size, and stock items are not hemmed or tailored. Successful bidders must provide proof of digital order entry system that will encompass quotes, orders, purchase orders, item fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing to ensure complete electronic tracking of all customer orders. Successful bidders must provide a unique customer specific online ordering system that can limit items to only those approved by agency. Also, the online system must allow for individual ordering, managed administrative ordering, or quartermaster ordering. The system must have the capability to be branded for the customer, allow for purchasing amounts as approved by the agency, and can work with purchase order or credit card purchases. Lastly, the online ordering system must be able to provide user reports to the designated customer
