Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Saco is seeking proposals from professional service firms (Consultant) with experience to assist the City’s staff and Departments with a variety of professional services required by the City of Saco, as needed. The professional services desired, include the following: A. Environmental Permitting Services, including wetland delineation and vernal pool surveys; and review of environmental surveys performed by others and submitted through the Planning Department’s Development Review process. B. Building Architecture Review Services, including the review of architectural plans performed by others and submitted through the Planning Department’s Development Review process.
