Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Library of Kansas "SLK", an agency of the Executive branch, seeks to acquire consulting services to assist in providing support and aid to public libraries which are or will be applicants for federal E-rate funding. Since the initial term of the agreement is negotiable, pricing for all offered options is requested at both a monthly and an annual rate. Assist the Coordinator with registration for, and basic use of, the E-Rate Productivity Center (EPC) Portal -with "State Coordinator'' status and access ; Provide for the Coordinator a brief orientation to the purposes and procedures of E-Rate; Provide the Coordinator with resources (links, documents, memos, etc.) useful in daily interaction with applicants, as well as in planning. In consultation with the Coordinator, plan, develop, and present 2 training webinars for library applicant during each July 1-June 30 funding year covered by the contract
