THIS SOLUTION WOULD IMPROVE PATIENT CARE WITH DOCUMENTS BEING AVAILABLE TIMELIER. ADDITIONALLY, WITH COMPLETE MEDICAL INFORMATION, THIS WOULD ALLOW PHYSICIANS TO OFFER PATIENTS A COMPREHENSIVE AND TIMELY DIAGNOSIS. FINALLY, THIS SOLUTION WOULD REDUCE MANUAL WORKLOADS NECESSARY TO PERFORM QC AND VALIDATION TASKS. The scope of the procurement will result in a contract for the purchase of a software license that will accommodate a minimum of 50 user licenses, which may be divided between different types of users and organizations (e.g. admin, analysts, viewers). The proposed prices for services may only be adjusted by mutual agreement. The contract may be amended by mutual agreement of the parties upon written notice by either party to the other. Continuation of the contract(s) is contingent upon satisfactory contract compliance by the Contractor, as determined. Install, configure, customize and support a system for the automated ingestion of scanned clinical documents, faxes, outside records and other non-interfaced patient information which includes, but is not limited to the following: System Functionality Requirements The System must have the ability to capture and index all document types into Cerner Millennium in an accurate and granular manner; The System must have the ability to recognize and learn new document types for indexing into Cerner Millennium; The System must interface with current Kodak i4850 scanners.
