Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Two (2) Garage Doors must fit 16’x14’ Opening. 2) Track for Garage Doors must be an HL Track (High Lift). 3) All Garage Doors must be commercial, not residential. 4) All Garage Doors must have an Insulating R-Value of 10.29 or higher. 5) All Garage Doors must include an Interior Wall Control Station. 6) Garage Doors must have at least two windows in third (3rd) panel from bottom. 7) All Garage Doors must be white in color. 8) All Garage Doors must include weatherstripping. 9) All Garage Doors must include a Jackshaft Mounted Door Operator with Chain Hoist Backup. 10) WV DOH will provide Forklift and/or Scissor Lift as needed for job completion. 11) Installation will be performed by the vendor.
