Specifications include, but are not limited to: Roads and signage, located at 4601 College Blvd. in Farmington, New Mexico and lighting along the road of our West Campus located in Kirtland, New Mexico, fourteen (14) miles west of our Main Campus. Offerors must be licensed Contractors to work in the State of New Mexico. The site of this project will be at both San Juan College’s Main Campus and West Campus. The primary scope is on the Main Campus at 4601 College Blvd. The project includes upgrading portions of the campus ring road to create a continuous loop, addressing pedestrian and bicycle circulation, and creating a new pedestrian circulation path including safety curbs, pavement markings and lighting to provide a safe pathway from student housing across the main campus. The project also includes seal coating Parking Lot C, paving Parking Lot R and E, and the development of a new bus loop and roundabout for the east entry. In addition to the infrastructure and road improvements, signage and entry gateways are included. The monumental entry gateway is located at the east entry. The secondary entry gateways are located at Technology Trail, Pinion Hills and Sunrise Parkway. New directional signage provides wayfinding throughout campus. The West Campus is located fourteen (14) miles west of the Main Campus, in Kirtland, New Mexico. The existing site starts with a gated entry onto the entry road. The Scope of this Project includes adding lighting along the road to provide safe driving conditions for students and staff.
