Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing, hereby publishes notice of intent to approve a sole source authorization for Idaho Department of Health and Welfare to purchase Patient Reporting and License Management System from Image Trend. This notice is being given pursuant to Idaho Code section 67- 9221. The Administrator of the Division of Purchasing has determined that there is only one vendor qualified to provide this property (commodity or service). ImageTrend is a web hosted, patient care reporting software for Emergency Medical Services. This includes data collection for Idaho’s Trauma Registry, EMS Physician Commission (EMSPC), and accommodates Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) code utilization for Idaho and all states sharing a border with Idaho (Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Wyoming, Montana), as well as data exchanges with National Agencies [National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), National Association of EMS Physicians (NAEMSP), Airway Management, National EMS Information System (NEMSIS), Trauma Registry]. Justification: Sole source provider of a licensed or patented good or service; Sole provider of items that are compatible with existing equipment, systems, programs, etc.
