Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5,000 Pound Dual Fuel Forklift, 3 each; Bids will be received on new equipment, current or next model year. The services of at least one (1) competent technician, thoroughly trained in the use and operation of the unit(s) and its components, shall be provided within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday excluding State holidays, upon receipt of the equipment, if requested by INDOT personnel. The technician shall provide sufficient instruction to INDOT field personnel in the use, operation and maintenance required for the equipment. These services shall be required at each delivery location, as applicable, and will be included at no extra charge. The Contractor shall coordinate with the District Fleet Manager in planning for this training. Paint application shall meet industry standards for professional automotive/ equipment type painting, including provision for rust protective primer(s), etc. Manufacturer identification plates shall be of sufficient size to be easily read must be conspicuously displayed and securely fastened to the unit(s). Prior to delivery of the unit(s) to the location(s), the successful contractor shall deliver all parts and service manuals to the requesting INDOT location. The successful contractor shall supply one (1) set of parts and service manuals per unit. Qty of parts and service manuals one (1) per unit ;
