Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of North Dakota is soliciting proposals for immediate, and on-going and as-needed basis, parking consultant services as specified in the scope of work. The applicant shall have expertise in parking management strategies, performing parking and operational studies, supply and demand analysis, community relations, and shall have expertise advising administration on complex financial and operational matters. UND will provide a scope of service for each specific parking consultant related service under this agreement. A request for services may include, but is not limited to: Assisting Parking Services leadership on questions and issues related to parking systems, revenue and expenditure management, and industry best practices.
