Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Construction and Materials Bureau of the Highway Division of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking contractor services to provide precast/prestress concrete fabrication inspection, testing services for Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), testing services for Cast-in-Place Portland Cement Concrete (PCC), testing services for unbound soils, and to provide administration of associated material acceptance programs. Personnel (Inspectors) provided by the Consultant will be assigned to Fabrication Facilities, Material Production Facilities, Construction Job Sites, and Materials Testing Laboratories and will be working under the direction of VTrans Supervisors. This work will be performed at the Construction and Materials Bureau’s Central Laboratory (hereafter referred to as the Central Laboratory), various projects, fabrication shops, or plant locations throughout the United States and within the State of Vermont.
