Specifications include, but are not limited to: DFA seeks to obtain reliable and consistent access to interpretation and translation services at all DFA State Revenue Office (SRO) locations. The SROs do not have a universal method of translating or interpreting for customers. SROs are required to use internal English as a Second Language (ESL) employees to interpret as the need arises. The Contractor shall provide language Interpretation Services for individuals seeking interpretation. Languages must include, but are not limited to, the following: a. American Sign Language b. Arabic c. Bengali d. Cambodian e. Chinese f. Dutch g. Farsi h. French i. German j. Greek k. Haitian Creole l. Hebrew m. Indonesian n. Italian o. Japanese p. Korean q. Laotian r. Mandarin s. Marshallese t. Polish u. Portuguese v. Russian w. Serbo-Croatian x. Spanish y. Swahili z. Thai aa. Turkish bb. Vietnamese cc. Ukrainian dd. Urdu
