Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of communications support services including but not limited to: • Managing launch of campaigns that include Public Education Department (PED), Higher Education Department (HED), the Early Childhood Education and Care Department (ECECD), and the Governor’s Office; • Liaising with the Governor’s communications team and communications teams other state agencies to ensure a consistent message is shared; • Leading website build and relaunch; • Leading comprehensive storytelling and brand direction promotes PED strategic priorities and improves the PED sentiment across all stakeholder groups; • Leading a blended media strategy that includes paid and organic strategies, ensuring all efforts serve the higher message; and, • Engaging with local, state, and national media outlets.
