Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will conduct planning study that will analyze airports in the Denali Borough including: Clear, Gold King Creek, Healy River, Kantishna and Summit to identify and propose alternatives for the most suitable location for site or sites for future aviation investment in the area. The plan is estimated to be completed in no more than 24 months and the final product will be a concise, user friendly document. Tasks will include the following: • Project Administration • Community Engagement • Aviation Transportation • Data Gathering and Documentation of Existing Conditions (Runways and Airport Facilities) • Forecasts • Transportation System Analysis • Wind Study Analysis • Identify Transportation Issues and Needs • Risk Analysis – Infrastructure resiliency • Identify risk to infrastructure • Evaluate risks • Identify recommendations to address infrastructure resiliency • Funding Strategies • Funding opportunities, options, and strategies, not limited to programs administered by the DOT&PF, and how these sources fit together to fund projects
