Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking qualified vendors to supply, deploy, network, install, implement, and manage the hardware, software and all peripherals proposed for the replacement of the existing hyperconverged infrastructure to the new IaaS solution located at Tech Vault, 21 Gregory Dr, South Burlington VT. Vendor is expected to deliver all orders of items to that address and install the systems there. Vendor shall retain ownership of all hardware, subject to the State’s data retention requirements. Compliance requirements may require vendor’s employees assigned to this project to attend specific state provided training and/or background checks and fingerprinting. The State Cloud Computing Division operates in a manner that would be considered a Managed Service Provider. The Cloud Services Department provides infrastructure to most Executive Branch Agencies and bills them for their use. Vendor must provide a way for the State to determine that breakdown for each Agency’s portion of the overall bill, and in some cases, sub agency detail.
