Flight scheduling, maintenance and operation reporting Software.
Software feature(s) to include but not limited to the following:
- Automated Flight Scheduling to provide crew names, dates times, aircraft and needs, calendar views able to be viewed on and off the AK Guard Network.
- Additional Flight Training Period (AFTP) Log and Processing for users to have an easy to follow standard format for logging and interface AFTPs, interface for audit ready management control on the certification and payment of each AFTP.
- Fiscal Administration ability to automate and display current up to date fiscal tracking for flight hours, fuel cost, personnel orders and AFTPs.
- Flying Hour Management that will provide Commanders and Staff flying hour management interface.
- Equipment Readiness interface for tracking of Facility and Battalion equipment necessary for mission accomplishment.
- Reading File Administration to provide automated workflow capability to easily add, update and remove reading files for review, reading of card files to service members via email alerts.
- Consolidated Workflows of data and filter information of crews, aircraft status, and crew currency.
- Generate Reporting information that will consolidate and auto distribute critical Facility and Battalion information
Software will need to be compliant with all DOD/NEC cyber security requirements with contractor IT support.
