Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer shall, during the term of the Contract, furnish all management, supervision, equipment, equipment preventative maintenance, services, and necessary insurances required to provide all School District custodial services. The district provides all chemicals, supplies, PPE and consumables, gym floor refinishing supplies and CPO’s for the pool. District also provides snow shovels and ice melt. Dowdall Elementary School 32,000 sq. feet; Fiedler Elementary School 47,500 sq. feet; Weston Elementary School 34,500 sq. feet; Armstrong Middle School 120,000 sq. feet; Kearsley High School 170,000 sq. feet; Buffey Elementary/Pumpkin Patch 40,500 sq. feet; 4.2.1 The Proposer shall provide on-site management staff to coordinate all Proposer functions described in the RFP. These staff members shall ensure that the School District’s custodial needs are smoothly and efficiently met. The Proposer must employ or subcontract with qualified individuals who will be able and available to meet the School District’s custodial needs. The Proposal shall include a list of the proposed management staff, including telephone numbers where they be reached at all times. A return call shall be made within thirty (30) minutes of the time the call is placed.
