The U.S.A.F. is seeking potential contractors qualified to provide, deliver and install a 500kVA transformer, one power drop, five power poles, associated guy wires and lines, three bank transformer, a concrete pad, utility vault, and other related work at the Charlie Battery site located near Eielson AFB, Alaska.
Bids must be valid until 31 December 2021
The work shall include but is not limited to:
- One 500 kVA transformer, one power drop, five power poles, associated guy wires and lines.
- The transformer will be ground mounted and require a concrete pad. A utility vault will also be required.
- The power drop should be located on the same concrete pad as the transformer.
- Provide underground service from a pole that has a three bank transformer on it and add a riser across the road.
All work is to be done at the Charlie Battery near Eielson AFB, Alaska.
The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Sealed Bid contract.
The estimated magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(c).
This posting is an Invitation for Bids. Bids must be valid until 31 December 2021. Respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this solicitation; all costs associated with responding to this solicitation will be solely at the interested party’s expense.
