The unit shall consist of a tandem axle, tilt top type trailer that provides a loading angle of approx. 10º and has heavy duty, bed lockdown with safety latch to secure the bed in transport position.. The tandem axle shall be located in such a position that the load will be properly divided between the front and rear of the trailer. The trailer shall be equipped with a heavy duty drop leg jack-side wind. (minimum 10,000 lb. capacity). The unit shall have 14 gauge, reinforced, fully encompassing fenders with back. The capacity of the unit, excluding the weight of the unit, shall be a minimum of 10,000 pounds at 55 mph
