These are marine, cold-water systems; window condensation will be a factor and need to be addressed. Must be fabricated using safe, non-toxic products designed specifically for delicate marine life and habitats. Bidders must be able to provide documentation their products meet this requirement. Overall, long-term animal health, wellbeing, and safety are a primary factor in the State’s consideration in making an award.
