Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Bid is to procure service and supplies for one Konica Minolta bizhub Press 1052 with approximately 14,500,000 clicks currently on the counter and one Konica Minolta bizhub Press C1060 with approximately 670,000 black & white clicks and 2,960,000 color clicks currently on the counter. Service shall feature onsite coverage for a term of 26 months in accordance with the requirements of this bid request and any resulting order. All replacement or repair parts and their transport shall be included in the rates of charge offered in this bid and shall not incur any additional charges. There will be no charge for any part delivered, neither for the part itself nor for its shipping or delivery to the End User’s location. All supplies and parts shall be delivered or shipped to the End User on an FOB Destination basis, prepaid by Contractor.
