Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources to establish a contract for the construction of the parking lot improvements and sanitary sewer work at Blackwater Falls State Park; The Project consists of the construction of paving and striping of parking lots, and the installation of a sewage pre-treatment and pumping system. This Work will include all site work and grading, paving, and other work and appurtenances necessary for a complete installation. The Contractor shall be responsible for conducting all Work in a safe manner and shall take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and protection of workers, property and the general public.
