Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking to procure safes and armored transportation services for multiple locations. 1. We are seeking safes that are capable of web-based reporting and daily credit with Central Bank. 2. Need to have the availability for envelope drops for coins and cash not accepted by the electronic safes. 3. Please identify all charges that may be incurred. 4. Charges not identified on the cost proposal will not be allowed. 5. Include all installation, de-installation, and moving charges. In the case of a service call, detail all charges from the actual service call to any applicable hourly rates. 6. List any fuel surcharges that will be used.
