Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho Department of Correction requires that the responsive responsible vendor with the lowest Total Cost agrees to clean the following specified areas: MAIN MEDICAL AREA Must Cover and protect all equipment, bedding, bunks, personal belongings lockers, control center from dust & debris Must Clean and disinfect interior canvas membrane from walls to peak Must Clean and disinfect lockers – top, front and sides Must Clean and disinfect fire sprinkler black pipes Must Vacuum / clean and disinfect behind lockers Must Steam clean and disinfect floors Must Clean and disinfect ceiling lights Must Clean and disinfect ceiling light chains Must Clean and disinfect all interior block walls Must Collect and remove all fallen dust, dirt and debris generated from the cleaning and disinfecting process HVAC DUCT CLEANING Must perform a Complete vacuuming and cleaning of the entire HVAC duct system consisting of approximately 280’ of fabric HVAC duct work. Said duct work must be cleaned per NADCA standards. MEZZANINE AREA Must Wipe and disinfect all surfaces and equipment Must Steam clean and disinfect floors BATHROOM AREA Must Steam clean and disinfect floors, walls and ceilings in all showers Must Steam clean and disinfect floors, walls and ceilings around all toilets including all surfaces of the toilets Must Steam clean and disinfect floors, walls and ceilings around all urinals including all surfaces of the urinals OFFICE AREA Must Clean and disinfect surfaces and equipment TOTAL AREA 8300 square feet
