Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work includes labor, material and equipment, services required for construction, startup and testing of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents and as more specifically described in the Specifications and Drawings and includes, but is not limited to, the following principal features: Demolition shall include the following components but not limited to: Abandoned 480V 2000A Main Switchboard, conduits, cables, controls; MCC-1, MCC-2, MCC-3, MCC-4, conduits, penetrations, supports, hardware, equipment pads, wire ways, abandoned control wiring, abandoned power wiring; Modifications to motor feeders, branch circuiting, distribution feeders, as identified on the Contract Drawings; Operations Building pump room RAS, WAS, Plant Water, and BFP feed pump VFDs, enclosures and switches as identified on the Contract Drawings; Relocation of existing control panels as identified on the Contract Drawings; Operations Building electrical room hot water heaters and associated piping; Operations Building roof drain piping; Various lighting fixtures in the Operations Building electrical room and pump room; Bid Alternate #1: Abandoned junction boxes in the Operations Building pump room; New Work shall include the following components but not limited to: Operations Building MCC-1A and MCC-1B (Main-Tie-Main Configuration), conduits, cables, controls, equipment pads, mounting hardware and supports; VFDs and motor starters in new MCCs, and motor disconnects as identified on the Contract Drawings; Modifications to motor feeders, branch circuiting, distribution feeders, as identified on the Contract Drawings; Relocation of RAS/WAS Control Panel to Operations Building electrical room and associated controls and communications modifications; New lighting fixtures in Operations Building electrical room, surrounding area and pump room; Panelboards, branch circuits, conduit, cables, hardware and supports; Various controls modifications as identified on the Contract Drawings; HVAC split system air conditioning units, condensers, piping, hardware, supports and accessories; Modifications to roof drain piping; Metal stud, gypsum interior electrical room walls, supporting hardware, accessories; Large equipment housekeeping concrete pads; Metal doors, firestopping; Repair of walls, floors and repainting as identified in the Contract Drawings and Specifications
