Specifications include, but are not limited to: Parkway School District is looking to replace the aging primary backup system and adding a second air-gabbed backup cyber-vault for an additional layer backup in its on premises data center. 1. Equipment and Hardware a. Should match requested Dell equipment from the bid table b. Applicants will not accept bids for refurbished equipment. Any bids containing refurbished equipment will be disqualified. 2. Licensing a. All Dell licensing and support should reflect a 5 year agreement 3. Services a. Project planning and design meetings should be scheduled with Parkway Technology staff prior to arrival of equipment. b. Install and Rack all equipment c. Configure all software, hardware components to a fully functional system d. Configuration of backups of both regular backups and vault following best practices for all 180 servers. e. Provide a full restore test for up to 5 servers for each system f. Training for both systems for up to 4 Parkway Technology Staff including documentation and help resources. g. Provide an as build documentation after the project h. Disconnect of old Avamar/Data Domain system i. Removal of the old Avamar/Data Domain system from network rack (not disposal of the equipment)
