Specifications include, but are not limited to: Delaware and Technical and Community College is seeking a vendor to implement and support the technology associated with the Student Support Center’s communication platform. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the College established a Student Support Center which is physically located on the College’s Terry Campus in Dover, Delaware, to support all students by providing a single point of contact for student inquiries and needs. The College is requesting proposals for a vendor who is able to offer a unified communication solution enabling the Student Support Center to receive and respond to phone calls, text messages, and e-mails using a voice-over-internet protocol. The College also expects that the platform will collect, store, and provide data, reporting, and analytics related to incoming and outgoing communications to assist the College with making data-informed decisions tied to student success
