Specifications include, but are not limited to: HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish a contract for as-needed HVAC repair services for HHS Region 04; Contractor shall perform HVAC Services to include but are not limited to repairs, replacements, and all associated services regarding rooftop systems, conventional split systems, heat pump split systems, dampers, ductwork, registers, supplys, and/or thermostats (See Exhibit H for Facility Equipment). HHSC reserves the right to add or remove equipment throughout the term of the contract. As-needed services shall include but are not limited to: I. Inspection of interior and exterior HVAC systems and components to diagnose malfunctions II. Perform minor and/or major repairs III. Preventative maintenance IV. Removal of old equipment and installation of new equipment V. Inspection and repair or replacement of duct systems VI. Inspect supply and return vents
