Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall make available City of Rio Rancho government meetings and other content on the government cable television channel, referred to as “Rio Vision”, and other various online venues (e.g., City website) as determined by the City by operating any and all equipment necessary to film, record and broadcast live such meetings, to include: • Switch between multiple cameras, screens, staff digital presentations, and speakers; • Oversee and coordinate audio and visual accommodations for meeting participants, whether in-person or remote/virtual; • Coordinate a variety of input feeds into live meeting production, including, but not limited to, closed captioning and vote-casting; • Clearly display dynamic graphics, such as meeting name, agenda items, government officials and staff name/title, and • Recommend update of audio/visual/presentation equipment, lighting and technology to support professional broadcasting/recording of meetings.
