Assist the State with understanding of: a. Services Cost b. Billing Dashboard c. Assist with project-based invoicing for 3 months and revisit if billing is unsatisfactory d. Tools utilized Cost Explorer and Budgets ii. Cost optimizations Reviews a. Identify cost optimization avenues in your managed environment b. Present possible cost optimization options c. Assist in achieving cost optimization in a measurable way iii. Each agency will have their own PO. Example listed below. a. AWS Application Account(s) owned by each agency will be assigned to a PO i. Agencies may host one or more applications ii. Each Application may have three or more dedicated accounts to align to DEV, UAT and PROD environments iii. These applications will be tied into an agency iv. Some agencies will have more than three accounts depending on number of applications that they are hosting
