Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division of Administrative Services (ADMN) of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development (DCCED) on the behalf of Alaska Broadband Office (ABOA) is soliciting proposals from qualified offerors for mine federal, state, and local resources to collect and identify broadband availability and cost data from across the state. The consultant will use resources like Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) enrollment information, Census and American Survey data, NTIA Internet Use Survey data, and ISP/utility service plan data to develop a comprehensive report. This data collection report is a requirement for the Five-Year Action Plan milestone deliverable of the Broadband Equity & Access Deployment (BEAD) Program.
