Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division of Purchasing (DOP), on behalf of the Idaho State Department of Agriculture, is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services. Empty all trash receptacles, including feminine receptacles; replace soiled liners as needed. Spot clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces, removing fingerprints, smudges, and stains (Including doors, door frames, pulls, pushes, walls, light switches, elevator, etc.). Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot clean carpet where needed. Dust and spot clean all furniture, including desks, tables, chairs, counters, file cabinets, bookcases, copy machines, etc. (items must not be removed for cleaning). Remove all collected trash to designated areas. Sweep and damp mop all hard surface flooring. Wash and polish all counter tops, open shelves, chrome, bright/enameled surfaces, etc. (Including sinks, refrigerators, fixtures, and coffee equipment.) Wipe clean the interior and exterior of microwave ovens. Clean and sanitize the drinking fountains and sinks. Refill all towel dispensers and cafeteria coffee tray (sugars, cups, straws, etc.)
